Before booking a session, we will have a complimentary 15-minute call to ensure that we are a good fit. This gives you an opportunity to meet us and ask any questions you may have about the process. This also gives us an opportunity to briefly understand what you are struggling with and where we may be able to help.

There is no obligation to book a session afterwards. We may find that we are not a suitable fit and you would be better served working with another therapist in which case we am happy to offer a referral.
