Welcome to The Embodied Mind Collective—a space where science meets soul, where the intellect and the body are not at odds, but in dialogue.

Healing, as we see it, is not an abstract concept or a linear path; it is an intimate process of deep listening, movement, and transformation, where understanding is felt as much as it is known. Founded by Rachel and Bevan Pfeiffer, our collective is built on the belief that true healing happens when we integrate the wisdom of the mind, the intelligence of the body, and the depth of the human spirit.

We bring together psychotherapy, somatic healing, and contemplative practices to help people reconnect with themselves, navigate their emotions, and live with more presence and authenticity. Whether through one-on-one therapy, couples therapy, breathwork, or immersive retreats, our work is grounded in both evidence-based approaches and the intuitive wisdom that lives within us all.

We are a non-pathologising practice and we believe that symptoms, defences, and protective mechanisms are not problems to be eradicated but creative adaptations—intelligent responses to past experiences that once served a purpose. Healing is not about eliminating these parts but about bringing them into greater harmony, understanding their role, and allowing them to evolve in a way that serves our present-day life.

This is not just about managing symptoms. It’s about becoming whole and returning to yourself.

We’re so glad you’re here.

"Rachel listened closely to what I had to say and then described the mechanisms that make me feel how I feel in a way that made perfect sense. I left our session not only feeling validated but mainly excited for the opportunity to apply the tools she taught me.”
